Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Anthonol L. Neely is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelis Integrated Solutions, Inc. (FIS). He leverages 20+ years of organizational leadership experience within high-threat/high-stress environments to lead and grow FIS into a world-class global professional services organization. Anthonol retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a decorated Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Officer and combat veteran. His influence has enabled FIS to shape organizational outcomes supporting contracts with the United States Marine Corps, law enforcement organizations, and strategic planning services to industry. Anthonol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University and is a graduate of the Marine Corps Command & Staff College

Why We Do It:
FIS is a Small Disadvantaged /Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). It was founded by a former Marine Infantry Officer who sought continued service alongside people who shared the ethos of the United States Marine Corps, “Semper Fidelis” or “always faithful”. The time-tested value of faithfulness or commitment transcended barriers and enabled success in chaos.
The founding of FIS opened the door for continued service alongside military and law enforcement veterans, committed business professionals and academics that share the “always faithful” ethos. The founding belief was these individuals would be reliable, competent and committed to meeting clients’needs as well as possessing the inherent desire to thrive along side their teammates.
