Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Anthonol L. Neely is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelis Integrated Solutions, Inc. (FIS). He sets FIS’s strategic direction and leads the company’s business development, strategic partnerships, contract performance, workforce management, and organizational growth. Anthonol translates complex customer requirements into practical, executable solutions and ensures FIS delivers measurable value at the point of execution.
Anthonol is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, Infantry Officer, and combat veteran with 23 years of leadership experience. His career encompassed operational command, training and education, organizational development, and enterprise-level capability management. Anthonol led forces during operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, commanded globally deployable antiterrorism and maritime special-purpose units, developed foreign security force advisors, and supported Marine Corps irregular warfare and operational readiness initiatives.
Anthonol combines this operational foundation with the practical perspective of an executive who builds partnerships, manages risk, sustains contract performance, and positions FIS for disciplined growth. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University and is a graduate of the Marine Corps Command and Staff College.
